How can we offer this guarantee?

Approximately 2% of our customers express their dissatisfaction with our flashlight. This number is small enough for us to continue to offer the "Keep The Product Guarantee™."

Exclusions:

The "Keep The Product Guarantee™" covers your satisfaction with our flashlight, not defects. If your Stahlman's™ flashlight is defective in any way, we will replace it.
